A peppery, meaty mist settles on rosemary and cedar nettle,dried red cherry, until the whole resembles a salami of substance. There is a slight mustard dust as well as a dry, cattle patch with leather and dried cranberry. Medium mouthfeel with exquisite complexity, a pointed violet wrapped in sage and exploding with dried raspberry and underripe strawberries.
