Tody's wine is the 2017 Macedon Stobi Winery Gradsko Macedonia Pinot Noir.

On the nose there is black cherry, raspberry, red currant, baking spice, clove and earth.

On the palate there is black cherry, raspberry, spice, cinnamon, more oak than I like and earth.

This is a medium bodied wine with medium acidity and medium fine tannins that moves into a medium to medium + dark fruit with oak finish. I hope everyone is well and have been enjoying their weekend. Stay safe and healthy and have a wonderful week ahead. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷

2011 Macedon Pinot Noir from the Tikves Wine Region of Macedonia is pretty good; brick red in color; dusty, dried earth and rustic in aromas and on the palate; medium bodied, soft on the palate, very light tannins; simple and quite varietal; earth, rustic flavors; cherry cola aftertaste. #wine #redwine #pinotnoir #macedonia

A nice medium bodied Pinot, lighter and drier than CA Pinot and fuller and jammier than burgundy. First taste was nice but pretty one note. Next day lunch it was much more interesting and complex.

Earthy, almost dirty. Interesting, but good Pinot Noir. Would pick up again.

Earthy, rustic. Old world fill. Dry light on the pallete. Aftertaste is reserved.

Delicious Pinot Noir from Macedonia. Light and earthy with flavors of rhubarb and ripe cherries.

Had this blind and concluded its a pinot noir from warm climate of quite good producer; but was shocked to see its from Greece. Great job!
