Clunky and disjointed - super ripe fruit combined with striking acidity and an austere finish - Give this a little more time in bottle before considering and don’t open for the champagne newby. 85% PN. Mostly 2015 fruit

85/15 PN/Ch with 2016 vintage and 56% reserve wines, disgorged Nov 2019.
Fruitforward on the nose with fresh raspberries & red currant, juicy bright lemons, maybe a touch of basil + only a bit of brioche / lemon tart.
Fresh & bone-dry on the palate with tiny, persistent bubbles and a nice rich mouthfeel. Focused & precise with good depth & long finish.
This is a lovely, fruity yet savoury wine. I really like it.

Lots of toasty brioche on the nose with some green apple and earthy spice.

Toasty notes on the nose follow on the palate with green apples, lemon, and chalk. Acidity is pretty high giving a zesty refreshment to it.

High toned, focused Champs with lots of autolytic notes. Perfect to start the evening!
