This out of gate shows real freshness.

Bruised apple/pear, citrus blend w/ grapefruit leading the charge, malt, ginger, graham cracker, chalky powder, limestone marl, light bread dough to baguette crust, withering yellow flowers, excellent rainfall acidity, balanced, nicely toned, elegant and smartly elegant polish that lasts a full minute and lands on soft spice - volcanics.

Clunky and disjointed - super ripe fruit combined with striking acidity and an austere finish - Give this a little more time in bottle before considering and don’t open for the champagne newby. 85% PN. Mostly 2015 fruit

Hooray for Ecueil. Love this Pinot heavy blend 85%, 15% Chardonnay. 33 months on lees. 2014 base wine 64% ♥️♥️

Great stuff. 7gr dosage. Tightly wound but mostly Pinot so rich too.

Green apple and citrus forward. 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay.

Good green apple flavors. Standard Champagne flavor with no exceptional or interesting characteristics. A good accompaniment to spicy food from Laos.

85/15 PN/Ch with 2016 vintage and 56% reserve wines, disgorged Nov 2019.
Fruitforward on the nose with fresh raspberries & red currant, juicy bright lemons, maybe a touch of basil + only a bit of brioche / lemon tart.
Fresh & bone-dry on the palate with tiny, persistent bubbles and a nice rich mouthfeel. Focused & precise with good depth & long finish.
This is a lovely, fruity yet savoury wine. I really like it.
