Jun 30th, 2016Vintage 2013, made from Friulano and Ribolla Gialla (50/50), the wine has a distinct bitter and nice jasmine smell. I combined it with pasta porcini and calf's liver, which was very good.

Blend of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. Straw gold color with green highlights. Nice aromas of vanilla ice cream and white flowers with hints of fresh pears. The palate is much more fruit forward featuring pear, lychee, melon and tropical fruits. Touch of citrus and minerals on the long finish. Medium-plus bodied and perfectly balanced. Juicy and quite easy to drink. Winner! Thanks for sharing this bottle, Kase.
