53 Anjou Cabernet Franc

Rustic with plenty of red fruit and very crushable. Some real crunch to the pyrazines. Approachable for sure!

Lifted aromas of rose and a healthy dose of green bell pepper. Ruby with medium (+) concentration. Just ripe plum, blueberry, red, and dark cherry. Stony minerality. Medium smooth tannins, and medium (+?) acidity. A bit hot. 14% abv.

Beautiful concentrated expression of Cabernet-Francs. Natural wine, without input, not filtered. Deep purple dress. Open nose. A round, fresh mouth that honours the fruit with marked floral notes. Allow to aerate one hour before serving.
