Brut Rosé 1er Cru Champagne Blend

Blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and small amounts of local varieties: Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau, stainless vinification, pale salmon color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and floral notes. On the palate fresh fruit tastes of raspberry and peach with lemony tones. Great balance, good bubble bead flow, generous acidity, long ending with crisp citrus and mineral tones. Nice!

The fact that this producer doesn’t get more love for consistently making incredibly good, underpriced champagne is astounding.

I feel like this is about as consistent as Champagne can be. Great balance between richness and precision.
