Lots of white peach on the pallet, as well as a predominant minerality which gave it nice salty sandstone complexions. Pretty enjoyable after dinner, would have loved it with some sauerkraut!

German '10 are so supreme. But I haven't met a wine that I thought had too much acid. Great expression of the region, classic structure and lively salt-and-peaches nose.
