Cuvée de Trois Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Day into night with a classic Russian River pinot

RRV Classic

Aged 10 months in 25% new French oak. Ruby with aromas of ripe red fruits, spice and smoky cedar notes. On the palate flavors of ripe crushed red cherries, with notes of cedar and spice, lively acidity, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit and earthy notes, more Burgundian in style vs. CA. Nice now, still has some aging room.

A bit too much untamed RRV richness for me on this iteration.

A stunner. Could not put glass down.

Old school RRV. Strawberry rhubarb pie.

Cloudy. Not clean, but pure of fruit and earth. Medium light.

Not the Russian River you'd expect, but the Russian River that should exist.

Very tasty. Strawberry jam notes with a hint of spice and acidity in the finish. Purchased at village vino.

Silky smooth and delicious. An excellent Pinot from my favorite wine region.
