2016 Vintage -light yellow with a green tinge , what you would expect from Chablis lemon /lime not as much lee’s contact as I would like acid a touch low but altogether a nice Chablis for $23

Stony, lacking acidity tho. Bland nose, medium intensity color lackluster expression on palate - mild acidity and flavor. Almost tannic finish, decent compliment to a soft fuller bodied fatty cheese. Though overpriced for what it is.

Very pale - almost like water. Aromas of honey (surprisingly) and oyster shell. A little oak influence. Delicious with Tempura Moreton Bay Bug at this very good Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast.

2015 Vintage- Sitting by a stream in a hay field with some lime mineral water. Great wine!

Chablis, I love thee. Lemon, yellow apple, yellow pear, steel, salt, chalk, fresh herbs. ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Not very Chablesque, overtly floral and fairly neutral, mistook for Pinot Grigio
