Stony, lacking acidity tho. Bland nose, medium intensity color lackluster expression on palate - mild acidity and flavor. Almost tannic finish, decent compliment to a soft fuller bodied fatty cheese. Though overpriced for what it is.

Very pale - almost like water. Aromas of honey (surprisingly) and oyster shell. A little oak influence. Delicious with Tempura Moreton Bay Bug at this very good Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast.
