Moderate lees and creamy textured and nice acidity and bitterness

Quite rich. Flavors border into tropical. Bit of salt and chalk. My sister said “tastes like sitting on a beach with a tropical drink.”

2015, hint crushed rock and orange blossom. Nice Graham from the slightest of oak.
