Dec 23rd, 2020Took an hour to open after pop and pour. On the nose: candied cherry, soft game to maybe some funk, spice and perfume, a suggestion lf herbs...the scents just dance around. On the palate: fantastic acidity, wild strawberry, candied cherry, soft at first, but density builds to a dense cherry, slowly transforming to pixelated tannins. Ethereal...even on Day 2 open.
