By the glass. Barb said aromas of Fairy Floss. (Aussies who have been to rural Agricultural Shows will be familiar with Fairy Floss - a sugary whipped confection). Also a note of Lemon and petrol, but oh so young - yet to display its potential. One of the least sweet Ausleses I have ever had. Great refreshment and lively acid.

Intense nose of Honey suckle, marmalade, quince, tangerine, apricots, yellow nectarine and candied ginger. Medium sweet with about 70grams rs, but high precise acid that gives immense freshness. Long finish. Still very young.

A wonderful riesling with a stunning floral bouquet, with pineapple and honey notes. Just as precise on the palette after 24 hrs. Zingy lemon zest with minerals, and a lovely sweetness bring up the rear.
Excellent in 375ml format.

Serviceable but there are lots of better options at this price point. The 2 lbs of Foie didn't hurt it.

Beautiful deep, rich aromas with classic fruit and petrol notes. Rich on the palate with flavors of ultra ripe peach and tangerine along with fantastic slate notes. Bright, bracing acidity perfectly balances the immense sweetness. The sweet and mineraly finish seems to last forever. Fantastic.
