Enjoyed this wine. Pears and pear cider. Citrus blossom.

Drank a shade warm and it’s golden and full. Great expression of the varietal, but different than typical.

Pale lemon color.
Aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle, tangerine. Fresh!
Dry. Flavors of tangerine, orange blossom, hint of ginger. Zesty & intensely flavoured!

Pears and peach this is actually very pretty with a nice body.

An interesting white with both sweet and savory notes. Rocky and mineral on the nose, bright and citrusy on the tongue. We loved how complex this wine was.

Really crisp, zingy minerals, very dry; I would consider this an old school wine for sure! Made from the Cortese grape, Gavi is a wine region in Piedmont Italy. I worked at a fine dining establishment in the early 1980's..we had a few Gavi wines on our wine list! It has been a very long time..

Used this in bison Bolognese, very pleased with the result
