Three bottles with so much difference. 1st dark yellow and sweetish, 2nd one lot fresher, 3rd one nice fresh aromatic. Great wine.

Honeyed, definitely smells mature, still shows some nice mineral and sweet, ripe fruit notes, I likely held this too long, but goes great w/local grilled farm-raised sturgeon!!
