Strawberries, raspberry sorbet, chalk, toast, rose water. Snapping acidity, compact lively bubbles, light medium body, juicy-creamy texture, mineral driven, finishes crisp with faintly sweet touch. Highly aromatic, lots of texture for a pet nat.
