Some barnyard on the nose. Pretty red fruits on the lithe palate. New oak doesn’t overwhelm and is well integrated. Soft. Not complex but safe and easy to get along with.

It is simple and delicious. When you want something very good with a very simple salad which still has some bite and is just good this is a good choice.

Eminently satisfying Burg, big chewy tannins and a healthy dose of oak. It'll settle down in a few years and be even more fun.
