Château Thébaud Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne

Fantastic. Concentrated and seductive for Muscadet, with subtle citrus fruit and a real mineral core. Mouth-watering, juicy acids, and a long savory tang that stretches from the midpalate through the finish. So long and resonant. Good cellar outlook.

Absolutely love Thebaud ‘14.

Wine is still rather young. I plan to tuck a couple/few away for the long run, but still so great to drink now.

Vintage 2015 / Great purity. Citrus in smell and taste. Simplicity. But brilliant simplicity. Paired with oysters. Smell and taste the sea. I am totally a fan.

From Magnum. Showed beautifully. Nice mineral spine.

Enjoyable wine and was better the second night

Good but not exquisite as my previous bottles. Small oxidative hint?

Citrus-flavored Muscadet. So flavorful for a Muscadet. A great wine for Summertime. Citrus and melon, this wine is joyful and expressive, shouting Summer throughout. Leave this open at least 30 minutes before consuming. This aged Muscadet is surprisingly complex.

Seabreeze, lemon and wet rocks. Mouthfeel is pretty waxy and lush. Refreshing and interesting palate. Beautifully ripe but understated nose.
