Vintage 2012 | when I close my eyes and smell… I am in a small fishing port. The bouquet of this ten years old Muscadet is multi layered: passion fruit impressions, ananas, bananas, minerals. After aeration even hints of cacao. Apparently a fresh and simple taste. But I recognize power, razorsharp acidity and good concentration. Fun wine! | Paired with oysters and a beetroot herring salad. Makes me very happy.

👃🏻 buena potencia, cítrico, levadura, notas lácticas, tiza 👄 en boca muy mineral, acidez muy pronunciada, amargo. Muchísima vida por delante, es solo un bebé.

On the muscular side for Muscadet, which may seem like damming with faint praise. Briny, sea air and lemon curd, along with a nice palate weight from the lees. Would outclass many Chablis at 4x the price. QPR killer. Ageable. Deeeeeee-licious!
