What a great producer, my 3rd from this vigneron and have loved each one. Amazing how GC and 1er Chablis is texturally many levels above the village stuff. A tough thing for Chablis, but great for us consumers as prices are reasonable at the top level. Crushed shells and granite, with fragrant lemon, a touch of oil in the texture, but yet also tensile and super precise on the linear acid driven finish.

Lovely. Didn't take notes but had a great minerality. Lean, crisp. I would drink again and again. Perfect with shrimp.
