Vina da Tavola Ortrugo Blend

The best orange wine I’ve had and nearly a decade old to boot! Blood orange in color and quite hazy with lots of sediment in the last glass. Beautifully broad with a hint of oxidization on top of layers of blood orange, fleshy apricot, earth, and a bit of tannin. Extremely approachable and really complex.

Took a few hours to open up but then boom.

This wine is damn real, surprisingly vertical and focused. That's wine making tradition.

Really we'll executed extended maceration white. Really shining with a couple years in it. Bergamot and baked citrus with thyme. Cool.
