A classic Tasmanian Pinot.

Ripe raspberry nose ,
Candied blueberry, cotton candy, pomegranate, menthol with hints of smoke.
And all those twigs and branches with marmalade like acidity.

We picked up this Tazzie Pinot Noir for $17 from Liquorland - we thought 'Devils Corner' would be fitting to drink on Halloween while we watched The Adams Family 😆

On the eye it's a fairly light cherry red in the glass. On the nose it's simply vibrant - lots of fresh fruit flavours jumping out of the glass alongside red liquorice and earthiness. In the mouth it's juicy and incredibly easy drinking. A nice balance of fruit and savoury oak and spice.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!

Quite an enjoyable quaff. This was the first wine I’ve had from Tasmania and it definitely delivered. Crunchy red fruits, a little spice, and a hint of salinity from the ocean. Good QPR for a Pinot.
