Pale lemon (golden edges) with aromas of stone fruits and floral spice notes, 2nd vintage in 35 years! An unusual blend of Viura with 5% Manzanilla sherry (bringing biological component), on palate flavors of apple & pear with nutty spice character adding subtle yeasty tones. Long finish ending with nutty mineral tones. Very nice!

Whoa Nellie-an old school White Monopole WITH 10% Manzanilla sherry. It’s like the perfect marriage- round, deep w plenty of marcona nut & citrusy salinity that brings a perfectly balanced white Rioja into a special happy place.

Pairs well with the spicy corn and lobster soup, with some mineral on it

Still very fresh. Slightly oxidized nose and palate with citrus fruits as well. Paired well with crab bisque.

I have have previously tried and rated this wine chilled but I must admit I prefer it at 15-16 deg and in a big glass. Absolutely transforms in to a delicious bomb! Fantastic white from Spain. A must try.

Honey, gummy bears on the nose. Fig, citrus on the palate. Long finish.

Flinty, reductive and brioche on the nose. With dried basil, dandelion and green dried herbs. On the palate there was a slight oily texture but still medium to medium light body. The most confusing thing was a slight oxidation on the palate as well. After researching they actually put small amounts of sherry in the cuvée.

Love the oxidative seco Blanco it’s wild and racy slight rancidity - does the job when no fino or Jura around
