Blend of 90% Semillon and 10 % Sauvignon Blanc, aged 18 months in 50% new French oak. Golden lemon color with pronounce aromas of tropical and stone fruits with toasty oak notes. On the palate flavors of melon, apple and grapefruit with sweet citrus and a touch of herbs. Medium+ length, balanced lively acidity, ending with a fruit and smoky mineral character. Tasting well now!

This is a beautiful wine that's sweet but certainly not cloying. The color is deep golden and the nose offers dried apricots and honey. The sweetness is more pronounced on the palate, but a zippy acidity balances the experience perfectly. The wine finishes long and satisfyingly.

So botrytised! Crystallized apricot, honey, musky florals. So intense but surprisingly lively in the mouth. Almost overwhelming in its intensity.

Medium golden yellow. Thick nose with honeysuckle, honey, and some white flowers. Medium acidity (5.5/10) with a medium body. Nice level of syrupiness without being over the top. Some layers of flowers, honey and a touch of spices. Insane value for a Sauternes! Drink till 2022.
