Juicy nose of a stroll though an almost ripened orchard of peaches.
Medium bodied, fresh, flavorful.
Black cherry yoghurt, fresh white peach, mint,
The peach in this is so freaking fresh and delicious, wrapped with the lightest acidity, a touch of lollipop tannins..
Yum

Tart blackberry, mint, lavender. Loads and loads of garrigue, black pepper and mineral structure. Astonishing 42 days skin contact in addition to the usual whole cluster inclusion. Wild, feral intensity and layers of complexity. One of the best Côtes du Rhône tasted in recent memory and a real smash hit with my staff. Not often do you find cellar worthy red for under $20, but Saint Cosme brings the thunder and the value once again.

Mint, garrigue, wild herbs, jasmine, olive skin, lavendar, thyme. So savory, with greater complexity than the entry Côtes du Rhône.

Nicely resolved; blackberries, dark cherries, blueberries & black raspberries. Black cherry cola/licorice, a little VA (band aid), pepper, grilled meats, dry stones, crushed rock power, stems, touch of herbs, dry flowers, medium+ acid, good length & tension with a long, juicy, polished dark fruit finish w/ anise. A very good QPR. Still a little early on this 11. Better in 2-3 years.

A pleasing and balanced expression of the style, although too grippy to be a sipper. Brambly blackberries, dark plum, and some graphite notes to take it to a refreshing finish. Still, the tannins need to resolve more or be matched by food. Probably better in two years. Skill of production evident

2007 vintage from magnum with Thanksgiving dinner. Stupendous nose of sit bramble fruits and a hint of wild herbs. Fully resolved tannins and just raring to go. Wish I had another mag or two.
