Crú Flight N° 12: Tour De France 2 - #burgundy red which was quite ripe, just a little bit of spice but I thought the fruit was just a bit too assertive for my taste.

Common gamay nose with an oaken twist : vanilla. The palate is quite ample and out of place in Beaujolais. It tries to play in the burgundy league but wit quite some success but not as grand ! Cherry and oak and vanilla. Quick fresh (interestingly) finish

Delicious Fleurie from a very old Chateau on granite soils. You can taste the mineral and aged pepper... but there’s nice fruit to balance. Perfect compliment to many foods. 12.5% alc.
