This bottle is firing on all cilinders! Amazingly fresh, young and focussed it resembles a wonderful bottle I had in a tasting a few years ago. Had 2 suboptimal bottles since then, but this one is spectacular!! Drinks like a 10 yo Pessac. Wow.

This could use a decade in the cellar. I still loved it with the petrale sole that Cinnamon made. It had a great balance of semmilon honey and sauvignon sweat. Great acid, very long finish!

Beautiful development, great integration from the richness of the harvest to the oak contact, slight cumquat marmalade, burnt orange peel & spent coffee grinds, everything you want in developed Bordeaux Blanc.
