Excellent value in a Bordeaux Blanc. 50/50 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc. Bordeaux Blanc is a favorite food wine for me. Had it with Halibut and king crab legs. Lots of citrus and crisp acidity form the SB. Semillon gives it weight and body to hold up to cream and butter.
