Early yet, but really beautiful right now. Perhaps a little more rich and plush given the vintage, but I'm not complaining. There's a depth and density to the fruit here that's surprising to me, though maybe it shouldn't be. Kept going back to this all night.

In the last few sips this uptight broad finally revealed her true character. Ethereal, scents of burnt brown sugar, baking spices, nutmeg. Her primary aurora showed nothing of substance, especially given the land and prestige she was raised in. Typical, but mediocre nebbiolo is all I felt. I judged to soon,
Neglected that she need time and didn't give her the space she needed to become free and open up. And now before she leaves me, her finally goodbye kiss is so precious and sweet i cant help but look back in time. Next time my love, you'll be decanted, respected and more loved.

Dark burgundy showing brick color, notes of strawberry, cherry, dried cranberry, violet and sage, good balanced acidity, firm tannin with a long elegant finish that has a spicy kick.

This had that classic combination of intensity and finesse I expect from Nebbiolo. Quite approachable bottle full of cherry and earthy flavors I want more of.
