2005 late harvest honey, vanilla, cumin, on the palate apricot plus flavors echoing aromatics. Lacks acidity. Nevertheless, Interesting. — 9 years ago
Infanticide. Served with the pasta course at the Charlie Bird pop up in Aspen. — 10 years ago
My favorite: Les Combettes. Still very young, but very delicious. — 9 years ago
Initially pine resin and cassis in the nose. As it opens more red meat and oil cured olives. Dark dried cherry, star anise, harsh tannins, still a baby. Changed a lot in the glass. Would decant. — 10 years ago
Classic Provençal rosé, nice acidity, slightly salty mineral character but not the mouthfeel or juiciness of the 2014 Tempier Bandol rosé. Slightly harsh finish. Over pressed? — 10 years ago
Roasted meat, wild berries, cedar, juniper berries and black pepper on the nose. So delicious. Flavors are echoed on the palate with the addition of prune. 2007 was too young to drink, but nevertheless DELISH!! — 9 years ago

I was surprised with the 14%+ alc that this was so tasty. A tad low in acid, but lovely texture and nice flavors! Quaffable and nice with the Butternut Squash Soufflé I made. — 9 years ago
