What a unique nose out of the gate--yogurt, graham cracker, lemon juice, and green apple. Excited to see how it opens up! Structurally lean but balanced. Any leaner would be too much. Really evolves and opens to a apple crisp with charred pastry--amazingness. — 2 years ago
From a few months ago: a little muted aromatically, but what's there is beautiful and pure. — 2 years ago
Seriously compelling blanc de blancs with intense aromas (they don't all have intense aromas!) of pear, white peach, green apple, spice, and a touch of cream and nuts. Lightning acid on the palate, with a touch of phenolic bitterness. Discernibly similar to a bottle I had from the 90s many months back. I think my favorite young blanc de blancs to date, loving roederers style. — 2 years ago
