Chianti Classico Sangiovese Blend

A vigorous young Chianti Classico. Intense and a little peppery from the alcohol. Nice accompaniment to pasta with a rich meat sauce.

Ruby in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity.

Dry on the palate and fruitier than I expected it to be.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Short finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.

Good right out of the bottle, and very drinkable.

A good food wine.

Bigger structure than expected. Gorgeous wine.

Really tight, acidic, and red red RED cherry. Has a musty quality to it but some kick and zing with licorice and tart.
