Feb 26th, 2022Has the “Sabbie” designation on the label but I’m pretty sure this is the same wine. Popped and poured. Pours a straw color. On the nose, a lovely mix of stone fruit, melons and citrus with freshly crushed gravel. On the palate, tart stone fruit, melon and star fruit with minerals. Racy acid provides a long finish. Quite lovely actually.

Jul 12th, 2021This one has a spiky acidity in the corners of the palate... it lingers and rides a bit hot on the finish. When you lick your tingly lips in the aftermath, you taste salty minerality. What a wine.

Apr 23rd, 2018Nose of flinty wet rocks and white pears. Green apples and pairs with a saline component on the pallet. Deep color and texture. Fermented on the lees?
