Vintage 2016 - vivid wine with citrus and a touch of bitterness. Recognizable #sauvignonblanc with high acidity.

Love the mineral nose. Herb and grass notes with a acid finish. Begs for more sips.

Feb 7th, 2015Served blind, the warming peach fruit and floral character draw me towards Albariño, but it's herbaceous twist told me Bdx. Completely off the map, but this very well made, with enough structure to hold for a number of years. A personal and intriguing SB-interpretation.

Drank this bottle over three nights. Kept getting better and better! Saffron, grilled green asparagus, mint and glue. Complex and needs another 2-3 years in the cellar in my opinion. Or give it enough air if you decide to pull the cork earlier.
