Classically Argentinian Malbec, rich dark plum slightly boarding on prune, mocha/dark chocolate, cinnamon, cardamom. Little hot on the palate. 13.8% abv on bottle. Maybe, maybe not. — 7 years ago
Developing well. Mostly Nebbiolo with some of the more unusual grapes of the area. Modern ripe fruit/tannin on opening, changing into more old school dusty gripping tannin with dried cherries. — 7 years ago

Crunchy, crunchy minerals. Ripe lime and lemongrass. Lemon balm. Dry extract, m+ to high acid. Excellent length. And to think this is his entry level wine. (!) — 6 years ago
Starts out a little tight/astringent and lots of pyrizine.
Opens up in 20mins. Tannin becomes silky with French oak, ripe blackberry, black plum/cherries and tobacco. Solid finish mod acid — 7 years ago

Wow, easily the best Bourgogne Blanc I’ve ever had. Blind I would think it would be a Chassagne 1st Cru. Apple strudel, brown butter, slight orange zest, buckwheat honey, clay, crunchy minerals with a long finish — 7 years ago
Well named. Hard pressed to not think this was a modern style St Joseph. Ripe fruit, opens up to more tertiary notes and herbs. Well crafted. — 7 years ago
Intense Gose! Not a sour for a newbie or the faint of heart. Puckering sour intensity, gooseberry, lemon zest, and salt. Not quite as complex as the orange gose by Crane, but deliciously intense. — 7 years ago
