Medium intensity Apple and pear on the nose. Reminiscent of stones and minerals. Medium body with great texture. Citrus, mostly lime, well balanced medium plus acid. Nice hints of sweetness in the aftertaste that brings back the characteristics of the nose. Would buy again!

Nose: lime sherbet, rose water, bees wax and chalky flinty notes. Palate: good integrity from nose to palate. Citrus focus, with hints of Turkish delight. Crisp acidity balances well with residual sugar. Nice textural mouthfeel and persistent length. Yum.
