Interesting wine being a white Pinot noir. I give credit to the producer for making this rare style. Guessing that the earthy geosmin type aromas and aftertaste stem from native fermentation. A bit of Residual sugar apparent. Packaging nice, some nice fruity aroma. Great texture overall. Not impressed. — 10 years ago

Blue berry medium intensity red cherrie and dried rotting wood. Sage
Medium plus tannin. Mis to back palette intensity. Medium alc. very drying aftertaste some wood.dried plums in mid to back palette. I enjoy this since it has a reasonably balanced alcohol level and fruit character beyond dried fruit. Dark color is very nice. — 10 years ago

Hand delivered to me from a student who visited while in Marlborough. We worked at Whitehaven during crush of 05... This Pinot is reminiscent of a raisiny style with high alcohol for a Pinot... Great to revisit and see they are still make them like they used to. Fun to try! — 10 years ago
