Solid dry Chenin Blanc. Good acidity and ready for cheese or a simple fish or chicken dish.

Stone fruit, honey, yellow apple, lemon pound cake. Nice dry acidity and some minerality, but a little sweet and syrupy on the finish. Would definitely recommend it with food. I’m having Brie and Hungarian salami.
