Big juicy black and blue pastillated fruit, violets, charred wood, leather, rocks. rustic tannins here are a feature not a bug.

Cherry, raspberry, blackberry, cranberry, dusty leather and currant. Medium-bodied and moderate tannins.

This is really delicious! Fermented in amphora.

To know Abruzzo is to love Abruzzo. Rustic. And refined. Red fruit exploding. Tannins sooooooo smooth. Acid wraps your mouth in velvet.

Pure, not to much funk. Very enjoyable.

Very smooth, medium-bodied, juicy red fruit. Great with a homemade shrimp pasta with a light red sauce.

Initially a bit closed and muted, after a while opened up nicely to display a zingy and surprisingly sharp and lively profile, with blackberry and blueberry elements.
