good one ;-) full bodied, powerful. starts with mineral, earthy flavors. surely typical apple and pear comes together. bitter lemon or lime or even grapefruit. and this strong, spicy finish. typical burgundy stuff: mineral, fresh and with missing oak as a top note (aka vanilla or butterscotch). at least i couldn’t find them ;-) very, very, very very good pretty much <3

An easy Chablis to love, a crowd-pleaser. Buttery mouthfeel on initial approach, citrus, minerals, flint, chalk, long vibrant finish. Gentle saline/honeysuckle nose. Perfect with wild mushroom bucatini.
