Closed and shy in the nose with a whiff of white pepper, shy apples & peaches on the palate this shows a completely different world. Ripe peaches & apricots, lemon zest, honey and herbs. Gorgeous mouthfeel, rich yet tightly wound around a core of mineral, zingy acidity.
This has depth, purity & precision. An amazing Grosses Gewächs, approachable already now (after 1,5h decant), but will keep for years to come.
