Loads of lifted but dark fruit: blackberries, plums, cherries, rose and a herbal lavender/rosemary quality. Elegant and nicely balanced overall. Really shining on day two. Love.

A fine CC with tart cherry, steeped red tea, fig, leather, and light herb. But for the great ‘16 vintage, the palate feels a bit lean and simple. High acidity dominates. Paired with home made pizza nicely though.

This is a fine example CC, juicy, silky and some ripe dark cherry, plum. The velvet pallet is very enjoyable, earthy, leather and the Tuscany herb flavours. . 80% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo and 5% Syrah
