Caramel, nougat, dried apricot. Rich orange amber color. Tasted side by side with the 2018 and fascinating to see the development of flavor and color. Seems like time is the major ingredient for success here. Tasted with dried mango, caramelized pecans, and Roquefort. — a month ago
A lower ABV option at 10.5, it’s the perfectly light and refreshing! Persistent and smaller bubbles, with notes of green apple, stone fruit, and citrus. — 3 months ago
Tart apple aroma. Looks like pale spun gold with medium bubbles. First sip is fine and clean, with a hint of apricot and yeast. Tangy finish becomes more pronounced with further sips. — 5 months ago
