Redneck can champagne taste.
This stuff psyches me out—French chard meets sauv blanc that even your most basic of friends will love. The ones that are like “um do you have a Pinot Grigio” and you know it’s gonna be a groan. This. Can. Is. Good. Get it while you can.
Fine, tasting notes:
Nose: Keffir lime, wool, barn, limestone
Taste: peach candy from Japan, lime zest, stone, a really hard water ice cube. — 3 days ago
Sweet, with a slight acidity. — 14 days ago
Last bottle of my case that I bought a few months ago. Really enjoyed on this island of very over priced wine. Glad I brought this with me. — 4 days ago

LOVE. Great with pizza, focaccia, grilled vegetables, or on its own as a summer aperitivo. — 15 days ago
This was a wonderfully unique Pinot noir. Wild ferment, zero additions, no oak contact and they even repurposed sparkling bottles. Red fruit with a slight effervescence and a mineral funkiness. You won’t find this on the self of your big box store along with all the other generic tasting wines. The suggestion was to serve it chilled but I liked it better after it warmed up slightly. Looking forward to future bottles from this wine maker. — 2 days ago
At first sip it tastes a bit like a cider and finishes like a juicy rose. Tart and refreshing. Unique and worth the search! — 13 days ago
