Didn’t know what to expect of this. I tend to really enjoy Chenin but haven’t had a sparkling Chenin before. Pretty nice wine. Not as rich or with the depth of a great champagne of course but I am pleasantly surprised. I would but again. — 5 years ago

Phillip French Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Young. I’ve said it many times; Hatton Daniels wines are made to age and this Cabernet is at the far end of the hold spectrum. While I loved drinking this there is so much potential that is overtaken by the density and freshness packed into this. 20-30-40 years just forget about this bottle. While it is great and definitely not hard by any means this will only become glorious over time. — 5 years ago
