Complex yet very drinkable GV. Minerality, creaminess and a gentle bitterness in the finish. — 6 years ago

Funky, fizzy Gamay-like blend. Light and refreshing at 11% — a year ago
I’ve only experienced quality Spatburgunder with Enderle & Moll, so tasting this Savio Soares import ( in proper Pinot stemware) felt like another revelation. Peppery & fresh, but enough mid weight to accompany a burger & a green gazpacho, & enough layers & acidity to keep it interesting. Gorgeous. — 4 years ago
Excellent, supposedly some pineapple involved but couldn’t taste that — 5 years ago

Cheap and frikkin delish 🤤 — 6 years ago
Nice fruitiness and bit of residual sugar here at 9% Alc. Juicy with ripe citrus and stone fruit.
Just lacking some of the acidic tension and verve I crave. But for $12?!? What’s not to love about the undervaluation of German Riesling? — 7 years ago
Dry & minerally. Great food wine. — 3 years ago
Cloudy butter yellow in color. Verdant apple mineral nose. Tart juice apple, citric acid, dirty rocks/mineral taste. — 3 years ago
Excellent Austria Riesling. Crisp, dry, a bit tart with a decidedly citrus character that evolves into stone fruit with time and temperature changes. Pairs very well with salads, fish, cheeses and desserts. Very versatile wine that holds up well from start to finish. — 4 years ago
Amazing, full bodied and tons of leg! Rich dark color, nice earthy taste. Dry with a perfect amount of tannins — 5 years ago
Strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of rubber tree. Fresh and lively. Short on lived on my tongue, disappeared like a cab franc might. — 6 years ago
Super aromatic. Crisp as fuck. Slight tropical fruit notes. Acid and mildly sweet at front of pallet, creamy and smooth to finish. 10/10 would leave my bear for it. — 6 years ago
Delicious, almost a bit fizzy. Purchased at Bar & Garden in Culver City, drank at home with a caprese and steak with herb salsa. — 7 years ago

Ruby translucent, light body with prominent minerals and soft tannins, tart cherries and currants, love this zweigelt! — 4 months ago
