Superb nose. Violets and spicey. Very aromatic. Stunning aromas. So pure and pretty. Gorgeous and supple and very fresh but this is ass backwards and will need many years to come around. Wonderful but man is this closed and deeply structured. — 19 days ago
First time with WS in a while. Almost a pogeba. Really liking it so far. Lemon curd, acidity and tension. Excited to try the same in a few years. — 2 months ago
From 100% Wente clones that get max hang time, large and tiny berries packed together, pale lemon with subtle aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, lemon and lime flavors, crisp acidity, long finish ending with rich mineral character. Perfect now! — 2 months ago
2022 vintage. This is unadulterated, old-school OR pinot. No plushiness. No voluptuousness. Zero hedonism. Lean, clean and mean. Light-medium body with the tannic punch of an older sibling. Dark fruits/stems, woodlands presence and earthiness setting up camp. Haven't tasted a "food wine" more food wine than this in a while. 5.15.24. — a month ago
A good Pinot from Marlborough at a reasonable price. May 2024. — a month ago
Can’t go wrong with Scott Harvey Barbera. — 2 months ago
Insanely complex nose with tea, black cherries, crazy spice and so much earthy, leafy and tree bark complexity. Endless aromatic depth and really penetrates the nostrils. Also intense mineral expression. Wow, so deep and so structured with thick and dense fruit and lot of tannins that are super ripe and deep. So clear and rugged and needs many years of age but has superb fruit and thickness. Love this. Amazing finish and oodles and oodles of cherry fruit. — 19 days ago
Buttery and delish. Definitely worth buying again. — 7 days ago
Released 3/24, the ‘22 North Slope Pinot is a clear cherry color with a vibrant nose of raspberry. It’s smooth and elegant with red fruit notes galore, a nice structuring acidity and a hint of smoke on the finish. One of the better North Slopes in recent memory. — 2 months ago
