Graves vibes! Gooseberry, jackfruit, green papaya, and flinty citrus. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak. Nice weight, texture, and structure with 9 months of lees coming into focus. Broad mineral backbone. 12.5% alc. and wearing it better than the Goldatzel. Will try to hold the other few bottles and will likely succumb to pressure. — 2 months ago

Color is a beautiful, almost unnaturally reddish pink, cloudy and hazy. On the nose you get apple cider, watermelon, candied grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it's fairly dry with low acid and some of the notes on the nose are lost. It's mostly green apple, mango, peaches and some yeast. No funk from natural processes and incredibly refined for being unfiltered. On the finish you do get a bit of dried herbs. Pretty energetic bubbles like soda pop. — 3 years ago
