A little rustic at first - Decant for ca 30min. After 10 years pretty good! Still very juicy and young at heart with Morello 🍒 and chalk but also plenty of secondary flavors - earthy, forest floor, bark, black tea, blueberry on the back palate pine needles - the tannins are still quite dominant this can go for 5-10 more years. Can you imagine a better way to spend the last day of the year. Great company, great wine, great meal. — 8 years ago
This was crisp! I love nothing more than crisp, refreshing, graceful, off-dry, so smooth and bubbly on my palette (live for that quality - always makes me smile like a morning sunrise), delicate fruitful aroma without overpowering the senses! Riesling to me is that wine that you can open up anytime of the day. With or without food! And I say that rarely! I would pair this maybe with a spicy pasta or jalapeño poppers! Riesling is usually my happy place! It still is, but I’m noticing a growing affinity for reds lately. Surprise! Surprise! None other than to me! — 4 years ago
Tasted yesterday at the Can Bas vineyard in Spain (actually Catalonia) & loved it! Bought a bottle & am drinking it with my wife in our hotel lounge along with Curat Moniberic cheeses and picos campers dry crackers while playing cards! It's a great ending to a great day! — 6 years ago

Vintage 2018 | beautiful bitters! That Sylvaner can be so appetizing… paired with halibut and truffle, and than chicken with peas and carrots. Best with fish. — a year ago
