A nose like a candied Apple, with hints of hazelnut.
Medium bodied and an explosion of flavor.
All of your classic red and blue berries, high and racy acidity. Long, lingering finish.
This wine has aged beautifully, and is drinking great right now. Perfect hot summertime PN. — 10 days ago
Inky ox blood color. Nose of dark berry, earth, white pepper. Mouth coating tannic structure with acidity down the side of your tongue. Pallet has this wet leaves, dirt, peppery quality with juicy dark fruit coming through. Almost like a black raspberry at first. This wine definitely has a few more years on it at least. — 14 days ago
My opinion may illicit a sideways glance here but this is arguably one of the finest Chardonnays for the value in California. Drink or hold at 7 years young. There’s plenty of structure here for longevity. — 2 days ago
Drinking great, captures what I often love in Santa Barbara Syrahs; CA sunshine in the fruit, generous without overbearing, balanced acids. Ripe black and blue fruit, almost liqueur-like, sweet spices, licorice whip, roasted coffee. Certainly NW in style but very well made. — 16 days ago
V16. Like it a lot. Amber color. Vanilla nose. Creamy tropical and apricot fruit. Smooth, weighty, oak finish. Nicely balanced. — 18 hours ago
Right time to crack this bottle of 2005 Syrah. Paired great with bbq’d meats after being chilled slightly. All around good value for the quality. — 13 days ago
Wow! Great balance with a bit of dry taste at the end. Excellent Pinot! $19.99 in PA state stores. — 12 days ago
