2/15/26. We enjoyed this wine on this ans previous visits. It is smooth on the palette, full bodied and rich, pairing well with many dishes on the menu. — 5 months ago

Give this peculiar fella some attention. Little nuances in a foreign grape that make it fun to think about.
Introverted sour apple green candy, and cleaner granny smith lemon spa water. Big body, barely noticeable.
Flinty cool mineral core with white pepper and jasmine accents. — 3 years ago
Nice chilllable. Subtle Jolly Rancher taste — 4 years ago
Dedication ,labor of love, patience and traditional attention to the details results in this excellent and smooth savory wine. Rich medium red, ripe red plum followed with a pleasant peppery suggestion. Great wine, excellent pairing with Shrimp Diablo. — 5 years ago

Pleasantly surprised with this wine... first time having a Vespolina wine. This grape is native to Piedmont and has Nebbiolo grape in its ancestry. Only 12.5% alcohol, classically-made acid-driven red with soft tannins. The tannins grew stronger in the glass I was having 24 hours later. For $24, this is a super value wine I have had in a long time. — 5 years ago

Decanted +6H. Paired alongside a slow cooked Bolognese sauce over Pappardelle. Merry Christmas 2022 to everyone. 🎄
Deep ruby, fading at edges. Nose has elegant blackberry mash, chocolate mint; Palate has ripe cherry, dried tart cherry, medium drying tannins. Drink future bottles 2027+. — 4 years ago

Wow! If it's typical cannonau wine from Sardinia, then I love cannonau from Sardinia. Powerful, deep, full bodied, with ripe red fruit nose. But the palate does the job - spices: herbs and pepper. Love it! — 19 days ago
